| How are products delivered? |
| In England and Wales, smaller products which are not too heavy will be sent by Royal Mail first class post at a standard rate of £3.95 regardless of the number of items being purchased.
Larger, heavier or more fragile items will be sent by secure courier free of charge. Any applicable delivery costs will be indicated when you view your item(s) in your basket.
We are happy to deliver outside England and Wales either by post or by courier: please contact us for a quote for delivery costs.

| So when will UK orders be delivered? |
| Orders sent via Royal Mail first class post should usually arrive within 10 working days of your order being placed.
Orders sent via courier should usually arrive within 14 working days of your order being placed but may take up to 21 days.

| What about data security & credit/debit Card Safety |
| We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. Our shopping cart is approved by Cardnet (the card acceptance service of Lloyds TSB which this site uses) and is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates (just follow the link on our shopping cart page to check for yourself).
